One person was killed and several others were injured in a shooting near the Fort Worth Stockyards early Sunday morning, Fort Worth police said. Fort Worth police responded to the incident around 3 a.m. when they found 18-year-old Joseph Steven Padilla dead at the scene.

SANSOM PARK — 42-year-old Richard Applegate was fatally shot Friday morning near Skyline Drive, Sansom Park police said.
